当部署は、教育・研究・社会連携と言う大学としての3本柱を全て含みますが、主に「教育」と「研究」に関わる社会との連携の推進に携わっています。学外からの要望に応える研究者や学生を学内に探し、学内の要望に応える企業や自治体等を学外に探し、相互を繋ぐ役割です。更に自治体や企業・企業団体及び大学等と連携協定を締結することで、学外と学内の連携を強化しています。
女子総合大学として、多様な学問分野を抱えていますので、様々な社会課題に応じることが出来る様に学内外に働きかけていきたいと思っています。併せて、複数分野の共同研究のプラットフォームとしても機能したいと考えています。
The function of this division includes all three main functions of the university, education, research, and social collaboration. However, we are primarily focused on social collaboration relating to education and research. Our role is to search for researchers and students within our university who can respond to requests from outside the university and to research for companies and local governments that can meet our requests in order to act as a go-between for both sides. Furthermore, we are strengthening cooperative relationships both inside and outside our university through partnership agreements with local governments, companies, business associations, and other universities.
As a comprehensive women's university, we engage in a variety of academic fields, through which we aim to have a positive influence both inside and outside the university to address various social issues. At the same time, we are willing to function as a platform for joint research between multiple fields.
平成20年度採択の文部科学省「戦略的大学間連携推進事業（本学代表校）」で開始されました「大学間連携事業」を担当しています。本学学生が他大学の異分野の学生と交流し、大阪大学未来医療センターなどでの現場経験やグループワークを通じて、リーダーシップや提案できる力を発揮して成長しています。また、健康科学総合研究所では、行政と連携し高齢者のフレイルや認知症予防、女子学生や子育て中の女性の疾病予防に関する分野横断的な共同研究に取り組むとともに、若手研究者育成にも取り組んでいます。女性活躍総合研究所では、令和元年度採択の文部科学省「ダイバーシティ研究環境実現イニシアティブ事業（本学共同実施機関）」で、病後児保育システムの構築など、女性研究者の研究環境整備に取り組んでいます。
I am in charge of the "Inter-University Collaboration Project" that has been a part of "Strategic Inter-University Collaboration Promotion Support Project” (MWU is the representative university), which was adopted by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (hereinafter referred to as “MEXT”) started in 2008. Our students interact with students from different fields at other universities, and through field experiences and group work at other institutions, such as the Medical Center for Translational Research at Osaka University Hospital, they are demonstrating leadership and the ability to create proposals. In addition, in cooperation with the government, the Research Institute for Health Science conducts cross-disciplinary joint research on frailty and dementia prevention in the elderly, and on disease prevention among female students and women raising children, as well as training young researchers. The Institute for Women's Career Advancement and Gender Equality Development at MWU has worked on the development of research environments for women; for example setting up a childcare system for recovering children, as part of the Diversity Research Environment Realization Initiative Project (MWU is one of the co-implementation institutions) that was started by MEXT in 2019.
オープンカレッジは1973年より生涯学習の場として、地域の方々の学ぼうとする皆様のニーズに答えるべく取り組み、「いつでも望むときに学ぶことができる」これが生涯学習の目的であると考え講座案内を作成しております。また、西宮市・宝塚市・芦屋市などの行政やスポーツセンターと連携し市民の健康を守る活動にも共同研究で取り組み「健康づくりハンドブック」の作成や「文教住宅都市西宮の健康体操」などを紹介しスポーツ・運動・健康を推進しています。鳴松会（同窓会）でも幹事長として全国の支部活動を応援しています。
Since 1973, the Open College has been a place for lifelong learning that meets the needs of people in the local community who wish to learn. We provide course information based on the idea that you can learn whenever you wish. In addition, in collaboration with the local governments and Sports Centers of Nishinomiya City, Takarazuka City, Ashiya City, and others, we are conducting joint research on activities that protect the health of the public. We have created a “Health Promotion Handbook” and “Healthy Exercises in Nishinomiya, an Educational and Residential City.'' , through which we promote sports, exercises and health.
I also support branch activities across the country as the representative of Meisho-kai (the MWU alumni association).
学部では、財務会計論を担当しています。社会連携に関しては、前任校で地域連携・COC+の担当運営をしておりました。CSVの考えに基づき複数の自治体（富山・和歌山など）と地方創生の活動をし、成果を上げてまいりました。武庫川女子大の価値創造のための地域創生などに取り組みたいと思っております。
At MWU, I teach financial accounting in the undergraduate program. And in regards to social collaboration, I was in charge of local community liaison and the operation of “Center of Community+(COC+)“ at my previous school. Based on the idea of Creating Shared Value(CSV), I have been working with local governments such as Toyama, Wakayama and etc. to achieve regional revitalization. I would like to work on local revitalization as a way to add another value to MWU.
専攻する上代日本文学は考古学・古代史研究と隣接しており、地域史研究とも濃厚な接点があります。その縁でこれまでも一般市民の方々を万葉集ゆかりの地や古代寺院・神社へご案内する機会が多く、また生涯学習にも長く関与してきました。令和6年度より文学部に歴史文化学科が誕生しましたから、諸地域とのかかわりはますます深くなりそうです。
My research field is ancient Japanese literature, which is adjacent to archeology and ancient history, and has deep connections with research on regional history. Because of this connection, I have had many opportunities to guide the general public to places related to Manyoshu (the 8th century anthology of Japanese poetry) and ancient temples and shrines. In addition, I have long been involved in lifelong learning. With the establishment of the department of History and Culture in the School of Letters in April, 2024, it is likely that my relationships with various local communities will become even deeper.
学部では、サステナビリティ学を軸とした産学連携講義、探究学習（PBL）などを担当しています。
前任校よりお付き合いのある企業様から、学生が実践スキルを学んだ後、その成果を地域に還元する取り組みを進めています。
自治体ふるさと納税返礼品開発や観光案内公式ガイドの作成など、着実に成果を挙げながらも、学生への倫理感育成にも取り組んでいます。
官公庁→ベンチャー企業→大学教員と渡り歩き、身に付けた経験を活かして、頑張りますので、よろしくお願い致します。
In my department, I am in charge of the Industry-University Collaborative and Inquiry Learning (PBL) courses centered on Sustainability Science.
I help students learn practical skills from companies with which I have had relationships since my previous school and return outcomes to local communities.
While I have achieved consistent results such as developing thank-you gifts for the Hometown Tax System (a system in which taxpayers are allowed to donate a portion of their taxes to their preferred rural governments in return for local products as thank-you gifts) and issuing official tourist guidebooks, I am also working to create a sense of ethics in our students.
I will do my best as a committee member by making the most of the experiences I have gained while working in public office, at a venture company, and various universities.
